Wednesday, May 8th - Explore the great outdoors on two wheels! Experience the wonder of some of the best recreational trails voted for two years running in USA Today. Join other naturalists for a one hour guided bike ride through Gulf Oak Ridge or Gopher Tortoise Trail. Meet at the trailhead parking lot with your own bikes or use the park's free bike-share by downloading the Gulf State Park bike-share to make the most of your adventure. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to meet the group and head out around 9:30 AM, water bottles are recommended as well as sunscreen and bug repellant. Thursday, May 9th - It’s all about the B’s this week. Join in with two local roots fan favorite artists as they team up once more. Big Beach Brewery proudly presents to the stage live music with Gulf Shores very own, Bell and the Bull. Miss Brittany Bell brings a unique stage vibe that energizes all the senses but the one the local brews can tap into. Together, Bell and the Bull captivate the audience as Bell plucks away the strings acoustic style, adding vocals often from her own songs with Johnny Mullen aka the Bull sliding in on electric guitar. Friday, May 10th - Experience the ultimate sandcastle showdown at the renowned Flora Bama Lounge and Package. Watch as local businesses go head-to-head Gulf side to win a year's worth of bragging rights and a one-of-a-kind sand sculpture designed by the experts at Sand Castle University.
