December 8, 2010 - Orange Beach, AL (OBA) - This year's Lighted Boat Parade takes place this Saturday, December 11th. The parade starts at Lulu's Homeport Marina at 5:00pm and will end up at Sportsman Marina. Over 20 boats have signed up for this year's parade. Organizers are expecting to add a few more boats by the time the parade take's place.

The Orange Beach Community Website (OBA) will be streaming the parade live in the player below from Shucker's at The Wharf. We expect the live feed will start around 5:30pm. A recorded version of the Parade will be available shortly after the end of the Parade.

While you can watch the Parade all along Canal Road, a good place to watch is on the deck at the Shucker's Oyster Bar at The Wharf. There deck is close to the waterway. You can have dinner and sip on your favorite beverage while watching the parade.

The Lighted Boat Parade is celebrating its 25th anniversary and is produced by the Alabama Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce.
