FOLEY, Ala. (WPMI) We are now hearing from the daughter of a man who was killed Wednesday in a fatal crash during a police chase. The victim, Ronald Ealey, was less than a mile away from his home when deputies say a drunk driver hit him.

GULF SHORES, Alabama – Spring Break is wrapping up for thousands of students in Mobile and Baldwin Counties and their families and it was certainly not the best vacation weather this week. It rained at the beach for three days, forcing many vacationers to find indoor activities. Shops, restaurants and movie theaters were busy when the weather was rough. Beach businesses like the rain- it drives in customers and profits.

Gulf Shores Police are still investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday night, April 16, just after 10 p.m. at the public beach access. It happened at East Gulf Place, the parking lot behind the Hangout, near the corner of Highway 59 and Beach Boulevard.

April 16, 2014 – West Pensacola, FL (WPF) – The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) set the Gulf recreational red snapper season in state waters April 16 at a meeting near Tallahassee. The season will be a total of 52 days in 2014 and will start the Saturday before Memorial Day (May 24 this year) and remain open through July 14, closing July 15.
April 16, 2014 – Orange Beach, AL (OBA) – The Orange Beach Golf Center is starting their PGA JR League for Boys & Girls – Ages 8-13 at the Center. Players of all levels are welcome and each child will play in every competition. All competitions will be played at the Orange Beach Golf Center.
